Zucchini Casserole (dairy free)
As I've mentioned before, zucchini is a favorite vegetable around here.
3 zucchini, grated
1/2 to 1 full onion grated (depending on your taste)
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix it all together and pour into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
