I love nights when I look in the fridge and make a meal from whatever I have in the fridge.
This is the only pasta we use anymore. It's tastes great and it's gluten free.
I had left over chicken which I cut up and a few zucchini which I put through the chopper. Put it all together with a red sauce. We tend to like Prego and you've got a great dinner loaded with vegetables.
I sprinkled a little bit of grates parmesan on top.

That looks absolutely delicious! Great idea, I too am always trying to figure out what to do w/ our leftovers.
