I have been working long long hours, leaving very little time for cooking. I apologize that I haven't put up many recipes lately. I do have a few recipes to share with you. I love egg bread but wanted a healthier version. So I used wheat flour.
2 cups white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons active rise yeast
1 large egg
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened and cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons honey
I set on small loaf, medium crust and it came out very moist and soft.
