Sour Cream and Salsa Chicken

This was so easy and so tasty.

I used one cup fat free sour cream and one cup salsa. I mixed them together and spread on the chicken. Then bake for forty five minutes.

I don't have a photo of the end result as I admit it didn't look excellent, but it sure was tasty. Next time I'll use a strong salsa, the mild was just a tad too mild.

That's an easy way to spice up chicken, and I like the idea of going with a salsa with a little kick.
