Whole Wheat, English Muffin Bread (bread machine)

I think what I most love about my bread machine is that I truly throw it all in and four hours later we have a warm loaf of bread. This is the recipe I used as a base. I wanted it more wheat flour than white flour and so I upped the wheat flour by a 1/2 cup.


1 cup plus 2 tablespoon water, room temperature
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups white flour
1 cup wheat flour
3 tablespoon powdered milk (we used non fat)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 package active dry yeast

My bread machine has me add all the dry ingredients first, then the wet ingredients. I set it on wheat bread, medium crust.

Now you've got me craving bread! I haven't used my machine in a year since I moved here. I wonder where it is?
