Tonight I made the
chicken a la fruit. It came out ok. Keep in mind I make new recipes every single week, so in order for a recipe to be one I'll make again, it has to be excellent, not just "ok" The cooking time said 6-8 hours. I cooked it 8 hours on low which was a little bit too long. If you make this dish, cut the time down to 6 hours. I also added a bit of water to the mixture as I was worried there wasn't enough liquid from the original recipe:
