Parmesan Onion Chicken

Tonight's dinner came out GREAT. I really try to use only ingredients I have in the house several times each week. Here's what I did:

I buy the skinless/boneless chicken breasts at Costco. You can also use dark meat if that's your preference.

I coated the chicken with mayonnaise. Then I sprinkled bread crumbs on top of the mayonnaise. I then used fresh grated parmesan.

I ended with a layer of the french fried onion rings. (I had these left over from another recipe)

I baked 50 minutes at 350 degrees. It came out wonderful.

Yummy and Delicious you baked Parmesan Onion Chicken for the right dinner to celebrate. Well great Parmesan Onion Chicken I really love it.
