Oriental Chicken (dairy free)

I love sweet and sour anything! This was so easy to make and quite tasty.

2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard




Mix it all together and pour on the chicken. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes. I opened the oven twice to baste the chicken.

It came out great, however next time I will probably try real mustard for a stronger flavor.
