Italian Chicken (dairy free)

This recipe is beyond easy and super flavorful.

2-3 boneless chicken breasts
1envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce

Place everything in a Ziploc or plastic container in the morning and allow to marinate all day. Cooke at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

wow, this looks fantastic! i've been on a sugar-free kick this month so i'll prob sub tj's 21 seasoning salute for the italian dressing mix. still, this looks great!
