This Is My New Favorite Sandwich
I make this at least a few times a week now:
English muffin - 150 calories (Orowheat whole wheat)
Swiss Flavor Laughing Cow Cheese Spread - 35 calories
One slice tomato - 3 calories
Three slices cucumber - 3 calories
The whole sandwich is under 200 calories and I love them!! Happy Saturday

It loves lovely, Audrey, and has just reminded me that I haven't eaten since breakfast (it's seven pm here) and I'm absolutely starving.

I love laughing cow cheese. We usually buy the swiss. I want to try quinoa too (I see that in the other post). Our cat sleeps on our bed too at night.
Swiss...tomato...cuke... danmn, you can't go wrong. Now I'm hungry.
