Orange Juice Chicken (dairy free)

I'd been wanting to try this for a while. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I thought it was ok. My daughter actually really enjoyed it.

2 chicken breasts
Prepared mustard (enough to coat the top of the chicken breasts)
Onion flakes (I would've preferred real onion but didn't have any in the house)
About 2 cups of orange juice
Brown sugar (enough to sprinkle on the chicken breasts)

Place the chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle on both the mustard and the brown sugar. Pour in the orange juice and bake until chicken is done, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
