Buttermilk Wheat Bread

I hadn't used my bread machine for a while and I had some buttermilk so I decided it was time to make a loaf of bread. I found this recipe for buttermilk wheat bread and it came out great.

1 cup plus 1 tablespoon buttermilk
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon margarine, cut into small pieces
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
baking soda
2 1/2
cups
bread flour
1/2
cup
whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon yeast

I know the recipe said the buttermilk and margarine should be at room temperature. I added them both in cold. This makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Set on whole wheat cycle.

We bought pulled chicken from Trader Joe's and made sandwiches which were great. We then made french toast in the morning. This is a great recipe.
