I decided to try this for myself. I used celery, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and onion
I decided to leave the veggies whole and threw them into the crockpot. I then used one cup of brown rice and two chicken breasts shredded. I added salt and pepper and then I poured two boxes of chicken stock over the top.
I put it on low for 8 hours and then served:
While I loved how chock full of goodies it was, I admit it was a bit bland. I can not eat garlic. Other than garlic I'd love some ideas on how to add to the flavor.
