Salad Dressing Chicken

Do you ever have left over salad dressing? Since we eat so many salads, we always have a little bit of salad dressing in each bottle. I wanted to finish off a bottle of parmesan/artichoke salad dressing and so I marinated the chicken in the dressing during the day while I worked, then came home and baked them.

One of the things I do is to poke several mini holes in the chicken breasts so that the flavor permeates the chicken.

This was absolutely delicious.
