Potato Chip Chicken

4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1 1/2 cups crushed sour cream and onion potato chips
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon water

In a bowl, lightly beat the egg. Add in the Worcestershire sauce and water.  Dip chicken pieces in bowl, then roll in crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

Note: we also love to use sour cream and cheddar chips for this recipe
