Chocolate Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup salad oil
1 cup chopped almonds
2 cups grated zucchini
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

Beat eggs. Add in sugar and oil. Mix well. Stir in melted chocolate, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Sift together remaining ingredients, except almonds. Mix in dry ingredients. Finally, mix in almonds. Pour into loaf pans (should make 2 loaves). Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.

I have always wanted to make Chocolate Zucchini bread just never had a recipe. So now I am going to save this and make this later on.
