Taco Pizza

Have I mentioned how much I love mexican food? Anything mexican, I tend to love:

8 ounces ground beef
1 medium sweet pepper, chopped
1 - 11 ounce package refrigerated corn bread twists
1/2 cup salsa
2-3 cups shredded cheese

Brown the meat with the pepper, drain and set aside.

On a pizza pan, unroll the corn bread. Do not separate, just unroll. Fit into pizza pan. Spread salsa on top of dough. Next, spread the meat mixture on top. Finally, top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
