Easy Veggie Casserole

This is a very easy to make casserole:

2 packages frozen chopped spinach
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of French Fried Onion Rings

The recipe also calls for 1 can of water chestnuts. I don't use them.

Mix the soups and veggies together and pour into casserole dish. Top with onions. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Note: If you'd like a cheesy flavor, use one can of cheese soup in place of one of the other soups. You can also add chopped onions if you'd like more onion flavor.
