Apple Crisp

A very easy dessert to prepare:

Apple Crisp

1/2 cup cornflakes
6 medium aples
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour

Blend butter, sugar and flour. Add the cornflakes. Peel and slice apples. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add cornflake mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
