Leftover Chinese Food

I love chinese food, however we always end up with leftovers. Take your leftover chinese food, including the rice and dump it into a casserole dish. Add a little broth mixed with soy sauce and then bake at 350 degrees until heated through. The chinese food casserole tastes great and uses up all of those leftovers.

What a great idea! Chinese just never seems to taste good reheated, so this might be the ticket for great leftovers. I'll definitely try it next time.

Nifty idea! There's always a little bit of this and a little bit of that leftover, so this sounds like the perfect way to get a good meal out of it.
