Asian Asparagus

I love the flavor of asian food. This is a wonderful recipe during asparagus season.

Asian Asparagus

4 cups water
1 pound asparagus, remove the ends
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Bring water to a boil. Add asparagus and boil a few minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over cold asparagus. Serve.

Sounds like a good recipe! I think I've tried the same type of thing, except as a stir-fry.
