1 pound ground turkey
2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise
3 cups Classico Tomato and Basil Sauce
1 - 8.75 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup shredded cheese
Place the sliced zucchini in the casserole dish:
Brown the ground meat and drain. I mixed everything together in a bowl:
Pour the mixture over the zucchini:
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake an additional ten minutes:
The zucchini on the bottom was not "soft" which for us was just fine. We ate this for dinner and then I took it for lunch the next day and finished it off. We really did enjoy it.

I don't even know if I like zucchini, but I'd give it a go!
Do you think this would be so good without the cheese?
I just bought some zucchini and wasnt sure what to make, this will work great. Thanks for sharing!
Yum :) Love these types of recipes!
I love zucchini! Looks really good! Thanks for the visit today!
Oh that looks delicious.
This was really yummy! But I still think we should have used regular Prego sauce :)
Oh, this sounds so good! I love cheesy casseroles. This reminds me of a stuffed zucchini recipe my mom used to make--same ingredients (well, ground beef instead of turkey), but stuffed in a zucchini instead of in a casserole. :)
This looks yummy! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Greetings From Washington State!
Looks yummy! I'll hang on to this recipe and use it in the summer when my zucchini harvest threatens to take over my garden. I DO love my zucchini!
I actually like zucchini but my family doesn't. I may have to try it and not tell them what is in it.
I REALLY like all-in-one meals like this one. I will definitely try it!
What is dairy free cheese?
This sounds really good! I love zucchini and am always looking for new ways to use it.
