Spinach Burgers (dairy free)

Have i mentioned we really like spinach here? This is just a super quick easy meal. I used one pound of ground turkey and about a half bag of spinach. I added in some seasoned salt and mixed it all together. We did add on a slice of rice cheese at the end, which added to the flavor. They came out great.

Have you ever added veggies to your burgers?

These were absolutely delicious! I could eat them all the time. Especially with hummus :)

I should try this recipe. I bought a huge bag of spinach and I can't eat it all by myself in time.

We use ground mushrooms, onions, carrots and peppers for half the meat in burgers, meatloaf or meatballs.

I don't think I have! I also don't think I've had rice cheese before. Hmmm...

I never would have thought to add spinach to my burgers! I'm low in iron so I have to eat a lot of beef and spinach so this is a great way to do that! Hope you're having a good weekend :-)

Mr. A has been obsessed with spinach lately. There's a good chance he would go for this.
