Corn Flake Fish Fillets (dairy free)

I was very please with how these came out:

3-5 fish fillets
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon lemon zest (I used lemon zest because I didn't have a lemon in the house or on the tree)
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Brush the melted butter on the fish fillets. Sprinkle the lemon zest and corn flake mixture on the fish. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 or 25 minutes, until fish is done.

An interesting addition, really. I haven't really tried adding it to any of my cooking.
Thank you so much for dropping by m blog and your comment really made me smile.

I love fish. Fried, grilled, baked-you name it. I never had it prepared this way before but it sounds yummy.

I love pretty much anything that has corn flakes or Special K on top!
