This dip whips up in no time flat:
Spinach Dip
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
Mix everything in a blender and chill overnight.
