This also is very easy to make and tastes great:
Mustard Breadcrumb Chicken
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mustard
breadcrumbs
chicken
Mix together the sour cream and mustard. Coat chicken with sour cream/mustard mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 45-60 minutes.
