Cranberry Pineapple Mold

1 large package raspberry jell-o
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 large can, crushed pineapple
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Mix together everything but the sour cream and cream cheese. Pour into 9x9 dish.

Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread over the jell-o. Refrigerate.

That sounds really good - I love cranberries! (And cream cheese and sour cream, too, but that's a whole other deal.)

I'll bet this salad would make a great holiday side dish, wouldn't it? Thanks!

Every holiday my grandmother used to make something very similar to this, but now I make it. The difference is I use fresh cranberries chopped up and I use the juice from the crushed pineapples in the cream cheese. It's SO good ! One of my very favorite things to eat !
