7-Up Salad
3 ounce package of lemon jello
6 ounces 7-Up
1 cup boiling water
6 ounces cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add in pineapple, sugar, vanilla and pecans. Stir in 7-Up. Just before the jello sets, mix so that the nuts get distributed.

You said cream cheese and I was sold! I would have to leave the nuts out to make everyone happy but yummy!
