Baked S'mores

I've loved s'mores ever since I was a little girl. At home, we don't have a campfire and I was craving a s'more so I made them right in the oven.

Graham crackers
Mini marshmallows
Hershey's Chocolate Bar

Lay your graham crackers out on a covered cookie sheet. I used tinfoil to cover mine. Next time I'll use parchment paper.

Sprinkle marshmallows on top of the graham crackers. Set the oven to 350 degrees and let the marshmallow get a little brown.

Immediately put the chocolate on top of the marshmallows. You need the heat from the marshmallows to melt the chocolate.

Cover with another graham cracker and enjoy!

I only made two of these, one for me and one for my daughter. They were delicious!!!

There's a recipe for smore bars on the back of Betty Crocker cookie dough - we've done those a few times - very yummy! Yours look great!

Yum! I like that these are baked. The only time I've not made them over a campfire is in the microwave, and those definitely don't taste as good. Happy Valentine's Day!

Those look soo great! They remind me of a childhood favorite that's a little diff. called carmel bars. You melt butter and sugar and pour over the craker then cool and then pour melted chocolate over and cool. People go GAGA over them. Happy V day
