Bake Meatballs with Sweet and Sour Sauce (non dairy)

I was really excited when I saw this meatball baker for sale (yes it's from Avon)

Make your favorite meatball recipe. Here's a meatball recipe I posted last month. Place your meatballs in the meatball cooker:

I baked at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. While they were cooking I made the sauce. This is one cup grape jelly and two cups chili sauce.

I brushed sauce on each meatball, then baked another ten minutes.

I severed over rice as I love rice with sauce. I should mention, the meatball rack is removable leaving an awesome baking tray underneath.

This is so smart--then the meatballs don't get all greasy!

So funny that you got this from Avon of all places. :)

That meatball rack looks money! I think I need to get one!

Do you sell Avon? That meatball cooker is such a great idea. I hate making meatballs in a pan. I always end up smashing them into patties because I'm afraid they won't be cooked in the middle.

That sure beats the traditional route of cooking meatballs. THanks for sharing!
