Spinach/Broccoli Casserole (dairy free)

Tofutti makes some amazing products. I used two of their products in this recipe:

This is their dairy free sour cream and dairy free cream cheese. We've used both products many times and have always been happy with the results:

1 package frozen broccoli
1 package frozen spinach
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
Ritz Crackers

Cook the broccoli and spinach and drain out the water. Mix with the sour cream and cream cheese. Put into a casserole dish and sprinkle with crushed Ritz.

 Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes:

It was delicious. If you find the sauce is a little too thick for you, try thinning out the cream cheese and sour cream with a bit of almond milk. We loved it so thick and creamy.
