I love mexican food. We made tacos for dinner using ground turkey. We also found a brand of spanish rice that is a wheat rice. The taste is not wonderful stand alone, but when I mix the rice and refried beans together, it works out well.

I didn't take photos. I'm really working on the whole remembering to take photos prior to eating.

We cut up lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and then had cheese and hot sauce. I broke the taco shells in two and used them more as a large chip or tostada.

One more way to use turkey for dinner.
