Spinach Balls

I ordered a new camera last week. So I'm hoping once the new camera arrives I'll have more photos again to share.

2 - 10 ounces packages, frozen, chopped spinach, cooked according to package directions (drained well)
2 cups herbed stuffing
4 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Allow spinach to cool slightly. Mix everything together and chill for 2-3 hours. Roll into balls. Serve cold.

I definitely will need to try these! I love spinach dip, but I wouldn't mind a different spinach appetizer to experiment with!

I hope you enjoyed "It's Complicated" -- I'm going to see it with a friend in the next few days. It looks adorable from the previews.
