Corn Flake Halibut

I love white fishes. This is a yummy recipe for white fishes such as halibut, white snapper or tilapia:

4 fish fillets
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Soak the fish in the milk for 5 minutes. Pour the melted butter over the fish. Sprinkle the cornflakes on the fish and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Baking time will vary according to thickness of fish. Fish will flake when done.

I've never tried halibut before. But some people say it's really good especially when it's flaky. Can't wait to try your recipe! :)

Ooh that sounds really yummy. I have also recently heard of people using crushed pretzels which also sounds good!
