Blueberry Nut Bread

I'm a bread lover. I enjoy both yeast breads and also quick breads. With blueberries in season this is a great recipe:

Blueberry Nut Bread

1 cup blueberries
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
2 eggs
3 tablespoons salad oil
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Beat the eggs. Slowly add in the sugar. Next, add in the milk and oil. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Stir until mixed. Gently fold in blueberries and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Oh nice, blueberries... They are so good in pancakes. Hopefully they are also tasty with bread. :) Thanks for sharing!
