Egg Substitute

Do you use egg substitute? If so, do you use a specific brand? I found a recipe to make your own egg substitute:

3 egg whites
2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon water
2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Makes one serving, equivalant to one egg. There are 64 calories in this one serving.
