Crescent Rolls

I've loved Pillsbury Crescent Rolls for as long as I can remember. Today, I found the most wonderful looking recipe for these rolls. http://www.pillsbury.com/Recipes/ShowRecipe.aspx?rid=45541

I've never seen the rolls opened up like this. I have re-rolled them to put them into muffin tins, but I've never used them as a dish like this.

Share your favorite crescent ideas here in the comments.

My husband makes an appetizer called Pinwheels, which never last more than 10 minutes at a party. Mix cream cheese, minced olives, and chopped ham together. Before rolling crescents, place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the middle. Roll up crescents and bake ass usual.
These are always a BIG hit!

I make something a lot like your link from MIL.

you lay out the rolls like that a bit in a 9x13 pan and bake. Then top with browned hamburger and velveeta cheese (which I don't usually love, but do for this)
Then back in the oven a few minutes to melt cheese.

Serve large squares topped with lettuce tomatoes salsa and ranch dressing...yum, and my kids LOVE it!

I love crescent rolls too! Dare I share this recipe?! :) We love these and guess what? I got the recipe from my personal trainer! :) LOL!

Crescent rolls
1 or 2 mini snickers (or your fav chocolate candy)
Melted chocolate

Roll out crescent roll, place candy in the center and roll up. Bake as directed.

After you take them out of the oven, drizzle melted chocolate on top. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream!

Yum! :)
