Ranch/Rice Crispy Chicken

This was so easy to make and was really flavorful. There are only 4 ingredients:

1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
1 cup Rice Krispies, crushed
Mayonnaise or yogurt or egg white
Chicken

In a Ziplock, crush the Rick Krispies. Add in the ranch dip and mix. Coat your chicken with either mayonnaise, yogurt or egg white and then shake in the mixture.

Bake until done. This formed a nice crispy coating.

This cleaned up really easy. I know it looks dark, but it was clean in under 60 seconds.

  14. That chicken looks tasty!!

I'm making something similar tonight but dipping the chicken breasts in melted butter, then coating it with a mixture of cracker crumbs, cheddar cheese, finely chopped garlic, and salt and pepper. It's smelling yummy in here! ;)
