Cornbread with Broccoli

1 box corn muffin mix
1 - 10 ounce package frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
6 ounces cottage cheese
1 small onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted

For a lower fat version, use low fat margarine and non fat cottage cheese.

Mix all ingredients together and bake in square casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
