Without a doubt Manchego!
I like Swiss. Especially the little cheese wedges by Laughing Cow that I can spread on my bread or cracker. So good!
I like swiss and american. Actually, I like most cheese except the kind that stink. Can't remember what it's called because I'll never eat it. :)
I can't remember the name of it! Arg. It starts with an H. I would have to wake my hubby up to get the answer. I'm not doing that. lol - He's a bear.
To eat by the slice American.
To use in a recipe freshly grated parmesan!
When we lived in Florida, Publix sold the most delicious Cranberry cheese. I have yet to find it in California.

Provolone or American. & I don't know if it counts but cream cheese.
My favorite cheese is Colby.
Pepper Jack! I like how it is fairly mild with a little kick!
Fontina is another favorite of mine - goes great on paninis.

Mozzerella! Love it in strings, cubes, shredded, chunks, hunks, everything! lol. Mmmmmmmm cheese!
I don't know much about cheese but I do like Swiss!
